Contest Eligibility: This free-to-enter contest is open to all Indian residents, except from the State of Tamil Nadu, aged 25 years and above. Employees and channel partners of ABD Pvt. Ltd. and their families and employees of ABD Pvt. Ltd Subsidiaries and their families are not eligible for the contest. Gratification Process: If you win, we will contact you via email or phone. Every winner contacted will be expected to present a valid ID proof and details. o The winner will be responsible for any taxes as may be applicable. o 1 winner will be chosen amongst the entries to win a cash prize of 1,00,000 INR (inclusive of taxes). o ABD Pvt. Ltd will not be responsible for any issue / delay in payment of the cash prize due to incorrect details shared by the winner. o All rights in the ‘Sterling Reserve Music Project’, ‘SRMP’, and the corresponding logos vest with Allied Blenders And Distillers Private Limited. Upon entry submission, participant(s) if declared a winner, agree and undertake to assign (in writing), to Allied Blenders And Distillers Private Limited, all rights in the audio submitted. The audio submitted to the contest must be wholly original. Participants shall ensure they have all rights in the musical composition and the audio recordings of their submissions, including the right to further assign / transfer the same.
